Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
