Report a hotel you have stayed at

The best places on this list were never found by an algorithm. A friend sent a photograph, a price and a message along the lines of you have to see this. If you have tested an interesting hotel, tell us what it was really like.

The more detail the better: the room you had, the breakfast, whether the wifi held up in the evening, the staff, the noise, the view at seven in the morning, what you paid and when, and anything you would warn the next guest about. Good and bad both help. We read everything, and we check a hotel ourselves before it joins the list.

In return: tell us where you stayed and we will keep you posted. Our regular newsletter brings new and interesting hotel finds, and which places have quietly dropped their rates, straight to your inbox. Just tick the box below.
